Dentists
Dr. Michelle Augello, DDS
Dr. Augello is an experienced general dentist with degrees from Le Moyne College and UB School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Augello completed a residency in Dental Oncology at Roswell Park Cancer Institute before entering private practice. Outside of the office, Dr. Augello enjoys yoga, biking, and skiing with her two boys, Benjamin & Harrison, and her husband Mike.
Dr. Esther Cha, DDS
Dr. Cha is originally from New Jersey and is a graduate of Rutgers University as well as New York University College of Dentistry. Dr Cha fell in love with Buffalo after moving here for ECMC's dental residency program. Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking, traveling, hanging out with her dog Basher, and golfing with her husband, Dakota.
Dr. Kim Kennelly, DDS
Dr. Kennelly is native of western NY and graduated from UB School of Dental Medicine, alongside Dr. Augello. After spending the last 10 years living in Denver, CO, she is excited to be back in Buffalo and cheering on the Bills with fellow enthusiasts. Outside the office, you will likely find her researching where the best places to eat are. Her family, which consists of her husband and two young kids, also enjoy skiing, live music, cooking and exploring!

Liz is a graduate of Canisius College and ECC, and has been a dental hygienist with Nickel City for over 8 years! Liz loves to travel and spend time with her husband Joey, their son Charlie, and dog Frank.
Brianna
Dental Hygienist
Brianna is an ECC Dental Hygiene graduate. She can be found trying out new restaurants, going to concerts, and watching movies. Bri also enjoys spending quality time with her boyfriend and their three cats Dakota, Momo, and Leia.
Natasha
Dental Assistant
Tasha has been an assistant here for 7 years! When Tasha isn't here at Nickel City, you can find her looking for new house projects to work on. She enjoys spending time with her husband Trevor and two dogs Remi and Bentley.
Rachel
Dental Assistant
Rachel was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. Outside of work, she likes spending time with her husband, friends and family. She enjoys live music, traveling and exploring new places both near and far.

Kelly is a graduate from SUNY Fredonia with a degree in Communications. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her chocolate lab Sully, and convincing her friends and family to try out all the new restaurants.
Samantha
Receptionist
Samantha is originally from Geneva, NY. When she is not in the office you can find her watching movies with her husband Mike, chasing her 3 year old Charlotte, or reading a good book.
Dana
Office Manager
Dana resides in Cheektowaga with her husband Seth and son Caleb. In her down time, you can find Dana at her campground in Franklinville or at home watching a movie from her collection of over 450 films!
North Buffalo Office
Cassandra
Dental Hygienist
Cassie is a WNY native and ECC Hygiene graduate. She and her husband recently welcome the birth of their first daughter. Cassie also enjoys spending time with her dog Blake, and trying out different restaurants in the area.
Kaitlyn
Dental Hygienist
Kaitlyn was born and raised in the Queen City. She graduated from ECC School of Dental Hygiene, and has been helping patients achieve healthy smiles for over a decade. Outside of the office, she enjoys gardening, the color purple, and spending time with her husband, 2 dogs and 4 cats.
Kateryna
Dental Hygienist
Kateryna is originally from Albany, NY and graduated as a Licensed Dental Hygienist from HVCC. Outside of the office, you can find her working on home remodeling projects or spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs.
Mike
Dental Assistant
Mike was born and raised in Lancaster, NY. He is an aspiring dentist and will be attending UB School of Dental Medicine in the fall of 2024. When he's not studying in preparation for his future career, he enjoys time on the golf course and hitting the slopes.
Rachael
Receptionist
Rachael is a recent communications graduate from UB. Born and raised in Buffalo, she enjoys rollerskating, yoga, and spending time with her girlfriend and cat in her free time.
Amy
Office Manager
Amy is a Buffalo native and SUNY Fredonia alum. She spent 13 years in San Diego before deciding that she missed chicken wings and the seasons. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the surrounding areas with her husband Timothy, and playing with their two fur babies, Milo and Gracie.

Dental Intern
Eli is an Undergrad at UB and aspires to be a Dentist. You will find him enthusiastically greeting patients at the front desk as well as assisting our dentists with clinical care.
Hayley
Dental Intern
Hayley is an undergraduate student at UB. Outside of the office you can see her cheering on her Buffalo Bills and Sabres, or golfing in the summer. She enjoys music, trying new places to eat and shop, and embracing all four seasons in Buffalo. Let's go Buffalo!
Michael Augello
Practice Manager
Mike is Dr. Augello’s tag team partner in the office and at home. Between managing the books, maintaining equipment, and trying to keep Clementine running, Mike also finds time to volunteer with the Holiday Valley Ski Patrol and sails competitively on Lake Erie during the summer.
